What To Expect During Your Estimate

How long will it take?

Less than thirty minutes from start to finish.

How much does it cost?

Our estimate is 100% free.

Do I need to be there?

We prefer that you are there if we are looking at a leak, since we will need to see it from the

inside. Otherwise, you don’t need to be there, but that’s completely up to you.

Who is coming and what do they need to do?

We will send one of our roofers, who will get up on your roof and take a close look at every

aspect of your roof. If necessary, we will inspect leaks from the inside.

Will they need to get on the roof?

Yes, but don’t worry. We’ve gotten pretty good at going up and down ladders.

What are the next steps?

At the end of our inspection, we’ll give you our written estimate on the spot. Once you’ve

signed off on that, we will reach out to your insurance company. Since we have a direct

relationship with the insurance agents in town, the claims process goes smoothly and quickly.

When will you come back to do the work?

There will be a wait time of 2-3 weeks from the estimate to when we can come back to repair

or replace or your roof.
